Bundle of Blessings Daycare & Learning Center
Welcome to Bundle of Blessings Daycare & Learning Center (“Bundle of Blessings,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling your child, scheduling a tour, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrollment & Acceptance
Enrollment at Bundle of Blessings is subject to availability, completion of required documentation, and acceptance of all policies outlined in our Parent Handbook.
We reserve the right to approve or decline enrollment at our discretion to ensure appropriate classroom placement and student well-being.
2. Tuition & Payment
Tuition rates are provided during the enrollment process and may vary by program.
Tuition is due according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement.
Late payments may result in late fees or temporary suspension of services.
Returned payments may incur additional administrative fees.
State-funded assistance programs are accepted; however, families remain responsible for any balances not covered by assistance.
Failure to maintain timely payment may result in termination of enrollment.
3. Attendance & Absences
Regular attendance supports consistency and child development.
Tuition reserves your child’s placement and is not reduced for:
Absences
Holidays
Weather closures
Vacation time
Extended absences must be communicated in advance.
4. Health & Safety
The safety of children is our highest priority.
Families agree to:
Keep children home if exhibiting symptoms of illness
Provide up-to-date immunization records as required by state regulations
Follow all health and safety protocols established by the center
Bundle of Blessings reserves the right to require immediate pickup if a child becomes ill during the day.
5. Emergency & Medical Care
In the event of an emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact parents or guardians immediately.
By enrolling, parents authorize Bundle of Blessings to seek emergency medical treatment for their child if necessary and agree to assume responsibility for associated costs.
6. Behavior & Conduct
We maintain a structured, supportive environment designed to promote positive behavior.
If a child demonstrates behavior that poses a safety risk or disrupts the learning environment despite intervention efforts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment.
Our goal is always partnership and resolution whenever possible.
7. Release of Liability
While Bundle of Blessings maintains appropriate supervision and safety standards, participation in childcare activities involves inherent risks.
By enrolling, parents acknowledge these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Bundle of Blessings, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or incidents occurring during normal participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, logos, and materials, is the property of Bundle of Blessings and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Use of this website does not create a childcare agreement or guarantee enrollment.
9. Photo & Media Use
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken for educational, promotional, or communication purposes.
Written consent will be obtained prior to using a child’s image for marketing or promotional materials.
Parents may opt out in writing at any time.
10. Mandatory Reporting
Bundle of Blessings complies with all applicable state laws regarding mandatory reporting of suspected abuse or neglect.
Staff are legally required to report concerns to the appropriate authorities.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate enrollment in accordance with the notice period outlined in the Parent Handbook or enrollment agreement.
Bundle of Blessings reserves the right to terminate enrollment immediately in cases involving:
Non-payment
Safety concerns
Repeated policy violations
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued enrollment or website use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Any disputes arising from enrollment or website use shall be handled in the appropriate courts within the state of Kentucky.
